The General Store is a Community Interest Company and it really matters to us that the repairs are affordable. In order to do this, we sell things in our shop and take a commission. This subsidies the cost of the repair work.
In our shop you’ll find scavenged pre-loved items, generous donations and sustainable crafts – curated to be in keeping with our different, quirky style. We love to support our local makers and crafters so we make sure that the commission we take is reasonable .
